Pat is a product and service owned and operated by Ernwell, Inc. In these payment terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Ernwell, Inc.; Pat refers to its product and service.

Check the merchant name, items, quantity, total, currency, and expiration shown on the link. The merchant—not Pat—sets the offer and is responsible for having the goods or services available.

The final amount charged through Pat may include an applicable processing fee. Any fee is included in the final total shown before payment and is not charged a second time.

Our payment provider processes the payment in the supported currency shown at checkout. A payment is complete only when the provider confirms it. Keep the confirmation for your records; a browser redirect by itself is not proof of payment.

Ask the merchant about delivery, pickup, cancellation, returns, and refunds. If a merchant does not resolve an issue, you may have rights through your card issuer or bank. A bank dispute does not change the merchant’s responsibility to respond to your order.

Pat receives payment status and limited transaction details needed to operate the link. Our payment processors may handle the payment credentials under their own privacy notices and terms. Never share a one-time code, password, or full card number with a merchant or Pat support agent.
